Production Supervisor - Minnesota

Day Shift Production Supervisor opening in Southern Minnesota!  This is your chance to get off the night shift and see daylight!  The schedule here is mostly Monday - Friday with shared on-call time on weekends.  This growing ingredient manufacturer is seeking a well rounded Production Supervisor for a small but growing crew and operation.  This company is entering into a new phase of production/new product lines and are looking for a Supervisor that can grow with the company.

 

Ideal Candidate will have:

2 years Demonstrated record of Success at Managing people (evaluations, promotions, discipline)

Working knowledge of food manufacturing - dry processing, aseptic processing, etc.

History of maintaining professional relationships with customers, employees and regulatory agencies - USDA, etc.

Any background in foodservice type food production facility

Self starter abilities with strong attention for details and accuracy

Degree a plus, but not required.

 

This company is financially stable/profitable and looking for a candidate they can promote from within as this new business division takes off.

 

Beautiful Southeastern MN location - relocation assistance will be provided.  However, this company does prefer midwest candidates - Iowa, MN, WI, IL, etc.
