Kelly Automotive Services Group is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a Large Automotive Tier One Supplier in the Landsdale, PA area. This position is a long term contract. This is a second shift position. Excellent opportunity!

Production Supervisor

Position Description:
Supervise manufacturing and skilled trades employees engaged in the manufacture of body module products in a union environment. Develop and implement plans to delegate responsibility to workteams and drive accountability; track measureables for yields and inventory; enforce work standards, safe work practices and rules and regulations; provide on-the-job training; interface with all areas of the plant; daily time reporting requirements.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership capability is essential; strong analytical / problem solving capability; the abiity to work in a team environment; and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience Required:
3- 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred or near completion (commitment required)
