Production Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

Description:
Hands on Production Supervisor who leads a team of Manufacturing Associates and supports manufacturing processes and objectives while creating a high performance employee engaged environment.

Lead process improvement efforts to support business objectives achieving World-Class quality and improving organizational performance.

Focus on meeting production goals in delivery, quality, and cost.

This is a weekend shift position and will be required to complete a several month training program which may include working different shifts. Weekend shift for Supervisors is 8 hours Friday, 12 hours Sat. and Sunday, and 8 hours Monday.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree within a technical discipline or equivalent experience required.

Minimum 7 years experience supervising direct labor production employees that work within a high performance environment.

Must have proven experience driving results with continuous improvement (ie: six sigma or lean).

Must have demonstrated experience in supervising a matrixed organization and driving productivity goals.
