Production Supervisors Trainee

A fast growing and profitable bakery products manufacturing company is seeking several entry level production supervisors. This person will work closely with Production Manager, Customer Service, Delivery, Sales and Maintenance teams to ensure order accuracy with superior product quality on a daily basis.

We will train the right candidate to:

- Learn the Lean Manufacturing Production System
- Manage department (20-30 workers) schedule
- Develop standard operating procedures, including continuous improvement efforts
- Oversee deparment budget, including labor and material costs
- Coordinate equipment, process change and improvements

Qualifications:
- 2 years of small group leaders / supervisor experience
- knowledge and understandin of production system
- ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members
- Spanish speaking is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook)

We run 24-7 during the weekdays, and limited shifts on weekends. We will cross-train the candidate in various departments in the first year. The candidate must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule in the first year.
