SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

? Experienced production supervisors, minimum 5 years supervision

? Bi Lingual (English/Spanish)

? Demonstrated leadership skills leading, motivating, scheduling and achieving production results.

? A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

? Good Job Stability and record of progressive responsibility within same company.

? A great attitude and work habits.

? An individual with an entrepreneurial attitude that wants to make an impact and grow with a growing company!

 

LEAD/FOREMAN QUALIFICATIONS

 

? A minimum of 3 years manufacturing line experience;

? Job Stability ? no job hoppers

? An individual who sees him/herself as a leader and is seen by others as a leader;

? Great communicator

? Honest and Trustworthy

? Great Attitude
