Productivity Manager

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

-BS in Engineering or Business, Masters is a plus

-Certified Black Belt preferred

-Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment

-Excellent interpersonal relations, mathematical, and communications skills
-Good computer and systems knowledge

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Strong project management skills

-Strong understanding and working knowledge of business financials

 

DUTIES

-Work with senior leadership team to identify projects that help achieve strategic business initiatives

-Coordinate lean activities within the company to achieve corporate goals

-Work with management and all levels of employees to facilitate and promote appropriate lean and Kaizen training

-Timely reporting and communication of current lean and Kaizen efforts, including metrics

-Project Management, Follow up and drive projects to completion

-Establish value stream mapping, process, and product maps for plant/product processes

-Import and export best lean practices within Stanley?s different divisions

-Developed business trackers and metrics to report to corporate documenting our progress toward corporate objectives
