Program Manager / Account Manager

We currently have openings in our Lowell Massachusetts facility, including an immediate need for the following talent:

 

Program Manager

 

Reports to: Business Unit Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Review customer purchase orders, prepare sales order requisitions, review customer forecasts, issue RMAs as required, and work with Purchasing to schedule orders as required based upon material availability.

?  Analyze on-time delivery, quality, inventory levels, etc. enlisting the aid of other GES resources as required to prepare accurate reports as required by the customer.

?  Work with Operations to determine product build schedules, revenue plans, and provide customer insight to resource planning.

?  Initiate New Product Introductions and keep the NPI schedule.

?  Lead cross-functional customer teams.

?  Initiate, Monitor, and Control customer quotations.

?  Responsible for revenue growth within the account.

 

Requirements:

 2+ year?s technology background. Previous manufacturing experience is essential, preferably in a PCBA or ?Box Build? setting.Fluency in Word, Excel, and other PC based applications is necessary.Four-year degree or the equivalent.
