Program Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

The Program Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation of the approved cost reduction measures approved by the client.  The Program Operations Manager will manage the resources and budget to ensure that the project plan deliverables are met.  The Project Manager will also assist the Program Manager in developing forecasts and impact reports as needed.

 

Background/Experience:

To be considered for a Program Operations Manager position, the candidate must have the following:

 Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or similar disciplineA minimum of seven years management experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FM & R industry

 

Additional Experience Desired but not required:

Prior experience working in the construction or automotive industry a plus.

 

Technical Skills:

Strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

 

Interpersonal Skills/Characteristics:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated initiative and self-management skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with individuals, teams and clientsDemonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented matrix environment

 

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $75-100k.  Also eligible for bonus based on pre-determined performance metrics.

 

Travel:

Two nights of travel per week may be required for support of sites not within the position's / employee's geographic location.

 

Measurement of Success:

IIS will identify specific goals that will outline key business and personal objectives to be obtained during the course of the year. Performance against these goals will be reviewed formally on an annual basis and informally on a more frequent basis, as appropriate.
