Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support services to the Manufacturing Services team. Primary areas of responsibility include: coordination of department communications, establishing and maintaining department files, and processing of project invoices/contractor payments.

 

Job Responsibilities:

?  Serve as the department central contact when prospective clients make inquiries regarding Manufacturing Services.

?  Refer calls to appropriate managers as needed when clients are in need of immediate assistance.

?  Provide administrative support for regular contractor conference calls.

?  Coordinate schedule and facilities for auditor training sessions.

?  Establish and maintain a set of contractor files

?  Establish and maintain project files

?  Establish and maintain department electronic files

?  Prepare invoices and contractor payment forms for manager approval.

?  Submit contractor payment forms to Accounting and track auditor payment.

?  Communicate RQA Admin requirements for fees and travel expense reimbursement to new contractors.

 Skills and Requirements

 Associates Degree and a minimum of 2-5 years experience manufacturing administration.  Customer Service experience is a plus.Excellent verbal communications skills, sound interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced dynamic client oriented environment are essential.  Exceptional Microsoft Office skills are essential; including advance powerpointBasic departmental budget and expense management experience is a plus
