Project Manager - Capital/Project/Plants .1-.2 K/yr

Senior Project Manager needed in Texas for corporate staff position to provide engineering support to all operating facilities. Requires a BS in Engineering, with a graduate technical degree or MBA preferred. Professional engineering registration (P.E.) preferred, or ability to become registered. Must have a minimum 10 years of progressively responsible engineering experience, with demonstrated ability to successfully lead a project team and the ability to simultaneously work on numerous projects managing capital projects with budgets from $500,000 to $50,000,000 for major plant construction and expansion projects. Experience preferred in the lime, cement or minerals industry and background in material handling and crushing system design is a plus. This position acts as project manager or part of a project team for the construction of new plants or expansion of existing operations and provides expertise in the evaluation of potential projects, including the evaluation of new equipment, new technology, and process innovations. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Project for project management and scheduling, AutoCAD, and material handling / processing software.
