The Project Manager for Enerpac in Glendale, WI leads product marketing projects through internal processes and with external partners to bring products to market and to support existing product lines. Leadership roles for the Project Manager include effectively implementing new product development and engineering design, market development and sales growth of Enerpac products.

Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing from an accredited university.
Four or more years of Engineering, Marketing or Product Management experience
Practical analytical skills with hands on experience.
Must be able to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills.
Must be available for domestic and international travel.
Must be proficient and knowledgeable with current business and engineering software.

Key responsibilities of this individual are:
Development of new products, ideas, including the study and evaluation of potential and practicality.
Coordinate technical aspects of product development to fulfill global requirements.
Capacity management and prioritization of resources required in fulfilling Enerpac's New Product Development and Application Engineering Strategies.
Direct technical analysis of outside product sourcing, product partnerships and acquisitions.
Represent Enerpac's interest in regard to the technical aspect of international product development for within Enerpac in cooperative projects on a global basis.
Coordinates the initial stages of new product development, as well as modifications or design changes in existing products.
Coordinates the development, design and improvement of "specials" products in conformance with established programs and objectives.
Responsible for all aspects of development engineering projects from new product introduction to project completion. This includes such items as timeliness, cost, quality, etc.
Organize development teams for each identified and approved engineering project.
Prepares and monitors budgets and strategic tactical actions.
Develop and execute effective communications programs promoting employee involvement and decision making and ensuring critical employee relationships are positively maintained.
Maintain and nurture effective working relationships/communications with key support functions; Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Sales and Marketing.
Develop the product business plans and secure consensus with international management team, acting as lead role to steer business development with the local channel marketing groups.
Identify, evaluate and recommend newer market opportunities in consistent with business objectives, monitoring business dynamics and competitive activity.
Design and constantly evaluate the market strategy through sales, growth and share analysis monitoring the market situations, industry trends, competitive growth and use them in creating and sustaining competitive advantage.
Responsible for set up of global collaborations product launch projects and product market management of technology products at international level.
A strong analytical background with a proven track record of innovation, growth, management skills and successful product and marketing management collaborating with teams, clients and senior management.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Enerpac's Business Leader.
