Project Operations Director

  Imagitas, Inc., located in Waltham, Massachusetts, is a high growth marketing services company.  We provide alternative marketing channels to target hard-to-reach consumers.  Imagitas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc., employs approximately 125 people. 

 

 

Imagitas $100mm high growth marketing services company seeks a Director of Project Operations.  This individual will be responsible for executing projects for the future growth of Imagitas.  These projects will include infrastructure development and new product development.

The role is a hands-on role that also includes the management of a staff of 4-5 individuals (process specialists, project managers).

* B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related

* 7 People management experience

* 7 years Project Management experience

* 7 years Business Analyst experience with full life cycle SDLC methodologies

* 7 years of experience with business system design, logical data modeling.  SQL skills a plus.

* 5 years of test plan design and execution for large scale systems

* 5 years of SOP and training program development

* 50% travel
