Pulp/Recycle Shift Supervisor

Purpose: This position provides shift safety, operational and hourly employee supervision for the PulpRecycle Department. This position makes key daily decisions on how to operate the department to maximize mill throughput and minimize mill costs through the use of hisher process knowledge and employee management skills.

Experience:
Minimum 10 to 15 years industry experience or EngineeringTechnical Degree with 8 to 10 years practical experience

Dependant on experience

Travel Required:
None

Key Responsibilities:
? Shift operational management with respect to safety, environment, and economics.
? Timely operational decisions in order to maximize mill production with respect to mill issues.
? Stewardship of mill assets.
? Drive shift performance to meet departmental objectives.
? Drive continuous improvement in mill operations.
