The Purchasing Coordinator supports purchasing by handling administrative activities, tracking internal changes and monitoring internal measurements to ensure customer expectations are met.

 

o Expedites orders daily and takes all actions necessary to support production.

o Coordinates and resolves issues with defective or unacceptable goods

o Monitors purchase order placement to standard performance metrics & quoting projects to due dates.

o Processes internal change requests for updates to customer or system documentation.

o Monitors and reports past due and purchase price variances by day to manager and buyers.

o Tracks and measures internal metrics.

o Places purchase orders or helps with quoting occasionally to support purchasing efforts.

o Follows departmental processes/procedures to ensure consistency.

o Manages workload to achieve optimal results and meet internal and external commitments.

 

 High school diploma or GED required.Proficiency with computer software programs and familiarity with the Internet.Minimum of 0-2 years direct experience in administration or clerical activities.

 

EE Technologies pays for the employees medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a $10,000 life insurance policy. Benefits become effective on the first of the month after 90 days of employment. Our employees accumulate 2 weeks of PTO each year for the first two years plus 8 paid holidays and can contribute up to $15,000 in a 401K plan with the employer matching dollar for dollar up to 5%.
