QC Inspector/Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform Incoming Inspection on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products, including PCB and cable & harness assemblies. Select and use various inspection measurement tooling and devices based on specified features, dimensions, and tolerances.  Interpret and evaluate products against engineering documents, mechanical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and ECO?s.  Determine the acceptability and rejection of all conforming and nonconforming conditions after inspection and process using shop floor quality database to support supplier management efforts.

 

EDUCATION:

High school/Trade school graduate. 7 yrs Min Incoming or Inprocess Inspection experience. Basic computer skills using MS operating system is needed.  Some climbing and lifting of up to 50 lbs is required.

ASQ Certified Mechanical Inspector or Technician is preferred!
