Quality Inspector

 

Irvine Sensors Corporation, a leader in the technology, design, developments and manufacture of extremely compact 3D electronic systems and modules, is in need of a Quality Inspector.

 

Reporting to the Manager, Reliability Engineering and Quality Control, this individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

 Perform incoming inspections or in-process acceptance inspections Update and maintain Receiving Log Assist Quality or Reliability Engineers/Managers, as requested, on special assignments Become knowledgeable in company procedures, policies, and safety requirements Participate in maintaining a clean and safe work place Support inventory moves, quarter end audits, kind and count of stockroom inventory levels

 

Requirements:

 US Citizenship High School or GED equivalents Ability to write and speak standard basic English 3 years quality inspection experience Ability to read and interpret source control drawings Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel Multi-disciplined and able to work independently with minimal supervision
