Local egg processing facilities located in Mercer & Darke counties are seeking experienced Quality Assurance Technician's. Chosen candidates would be responsible for insuring that all product meets or exceeds USDA and customer specifications, Monitoring the Food Safety Program, & recording the results on the appropriate inspection forms. Job duties would also include periodic sampling of product and water. Positions are temp to hire and are 1st shift Sun through Wednesday.
