Quality Assurance Analyst--Transactions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Assists in the collection, tracking, measuring, and root cause analysis of all quality related issues that are either created by Inside Sales/Traffic or affect Inside Sales/Traffic ability to accurately transact business.  Communicates quality issues and resolutions throughout the organization and closes the loop with our customers.  This position also assists in the creation, content, accuracy and maintenance of the Genie/Terex AWP Price List, including AS400 price entry.  It also collects order pricing data and exceptions and reports that data to the Sales, Pricing and Management teams via ?dashboard? reports. 

It is also responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of Inside Sales tools and various Sales related databases, including those in the AS400.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must demonstrate/provide the following skills and services:

? Expertise in business to business transactions, especially credit memos and memo billings

? Ability to compile and analyze data

? Experience working with customers and internal suppliers

? Understanding of Lean Office concepts and methods

? Ability to eliminate Quality challenges using poke-yoke methods, and Zero Quality Control (QC) techniques

? Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC), and process capability determination

? Technical expertise to identify root cause through data analysis

? Ability to quickly develop and implement improvements

? Excellent problem solving skills

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to teach others

? Ability to work both independently and within a team

? Ability to work well under compressed time constraints

? Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time

? Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), customer service or administrative processing

? Bachelor?s degree in business, engineering, or computer sciences strongly preferred
