Quality Assurance Inspector/Quality Control Technician

The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter with experience in manufacture of precision products.

 

Qualifications:

 Complex blueprint reading.

 Knowledge of all gauges, including:

 Micrometers - calipers - optical comparators - dial indicators - height gauges, dial bore gauges, indicating micrometers.

 Accuracy measurements with .0001.

Perform surface plate layouts and 1st articles inspection

reports to QS & ISO standards.

 

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of GD&T and S.P.C. in on the job and practical applications.

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, and other Windows- based  quality software applications.

Be a team player and work well with others in processdevelopment, corrective  action & problem solving situations.

High school or equivalent, but college preferred.

  Minimum 5 years experience.

Requirements of the successful candidates are:

You must be a US citizen or a legally authorized foreign worker

You should have a 3 year documented history in the industry.

Be able to provide solid references.

And may be required to take physical and a drug test as a condition of employment.
