Quality Assurance Manager

Moll Industries, Inc. a total solutions provider and a custom plastic injection molder/contract manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager.  The position will be located in our manufacturing facility in New Braunfels, Texas. This position reports to the Operations Manager

Position Responsibilities are but not limited too:

 

?  Oversee the quality function for the Texas Operation.

?  Coordinates all continuous improvement and ISO-9000 activities.

?  Work with customers on current and new products.

?  Resolve internal and external quality related problems.

?  Interprets and executes production policies of management

?  Must demonstrate ability to be trained in new methods or procedures as required

?  Responsible for complying with all company policies, safety, and housekeeping requirements

?  Create quality systems that support company goals.

?  Support our company ?Quality Policy? to meet or exceed our customer requirements

 

Desired Requirements:

 

?  Minimum of  5-7 years experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing-molding environment

?  Minimum of three (3) years experience in management

?  College Degree would be preferred.  Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Experience a Plus.

?  Knowledge in SPC, DOE, FMEA, measurement and testing techniques

?  Excellent written and verbal communication
