Responsibilities:

 

Direct responsibility to ensure all products are developed within their recorded specifications and guidelines.

 

Work directly with the product development and food science team to help source raw ingredients and materials.

 

Authority to enforce that all products developed prior to forwarding to production and manufacturing department are within the required designed specs.

 

Prepare status reports regarding all work in progress projects.

 

Anticipate potential problems and address prior to the manufacturing process stage.

 

Make presentations to department members as required.

 

 

Requirements:

 

6 to 7 years of related Quality Assurance experience within a foods manufacturing environment.

 

Bachelor?s degree in Food Science or related study.

 

Ability to take charge and provide leadership within assigned projects and duties.

 

Good verbal and written communication skills.

 

Good analytical skills.

 

Ability to provide keen insights and get things.

 

Computer literate in word, excel and outlook etc.
