Quality Assurance Supervisor Opportunities

Beef Products, Inc. (BPI) is the leading supplier of boneless lean beef trimmings to Quick Service Restaurants and producers of quality ground meats. BPI Technology, Inc. provides technical and technological support to BPI's four state-of-the-art production facilities located in the Midwest. Due to continued growth, BPI is looking for Quality Assurance Supervisors for their facilities located in Amarillo, TX, Garden City, KS,  South Sioux City, NE (Sioux City, IA) & Waterloo, IA.

Duties include, but are not limited to:Supervision of inspection personnel in a fast paced environment.Compliance with plant SSOP and HACCP program and initiation of prevention/corrective action.Interfacing with plant management and USDA personnel.Insures that plant procedures are followed. Insures compliance with sanitation, sampling, micro and chemical, foot safety, hygiene, product specifications, plant policy, and procedure verification. 

Prior supervisory experience is preferred. B.S. in Animal Science, Food Science, Meat Science, Agri- Business, Chemistry/Biology beneficial.
