BASIC FUNCTIONS

Audits samples of product from production processes using established criteria
Records data and reports findings.
Assists in training and clarification of criteria/stds for production.
Participates in auditing of incoming parts.
Prepares defective samples for review with suppliers
Supports projects defined by Quality Engineering
Conducts process audit and report findings in writing reporting
Assist in conducting Design of Experiments.
Assist in implementing Statistical Process Controls
Assists performing Gage R&R
Filing, Data Entry and E-mail
Assists in Training new QA Auditors


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Good communication skills
Decision making ability
Team player

Computer skills a plus
