Quality Coordinator - Hourly Position

MetoKote offers proven systems with our three coating models: Regional Coating Service Centers, InSite and Paint Shop Management.

MetoKote's new InSite facility in San Antonio, TX is currently recruiting for a Quality Coordinator.

 

The Quality Coordinator will:

 

? Be instrumental in new production part approval process (PPAP) submission

? Be involved in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)

? Start all 8D?s and subsequent root cause analysis

? Be involved in Statistical Process Control (SPC) Analysis

? Make all Master Document changes that are lab, wastewater, or quality related

? Assist in program launches and product transfers

? Conduct daily internal and external ppm data entry

? Update and distribute process cards

? Maintain approved supplier list

? Assist in program launches and product transfers

 

Position Requirements

 

?  High School Diploma or GED

?  Successfully pass background check and drug screen

?  Successfully complete WBST pre-employment test

 

Preferred Requirements

 

?  Knowledge of ISO 9000/and or TS16949

?  Automotive quality systems experience (2-3 years)
