Magna Closures, a Tier-One Supplier in the Detroit-Metro Area has the following opportunity available:

 

Quality Customer Liaison - 2nd Shift

 

Job Specifications:

 To review customer concerns at customer assembly plantTo assist customer in trouble shooting product quality issuesCommunicate customer concerns to Magna Plant for resolution and communicate back Magna Resolutions to customerAssist Magna Quality Department in problem solvingDevelop strong working relationship with customer plant personnelAssist with product rework at customer plantNegotiate quality PPM with customer

 

Education & Experience:

 Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering or related field6+ years experience - with experience working onsite with customerStrong communication skills, independent problem solvingExperience working with DCX a plus
