A growth opportunity exists for an individual to develop, administer and maintain Dale?s quality system and corrective action programs to ensure compliance with FDA guidelines. As the company?s FDA representative, the selected individual will prepare and maintain quality documents and receive, investigate and resolve customer complaints. Will perform internal and vendor audits, conduct training on relevant FDA/Quality topics and represent Dale periodically at medical conventions and meetings.

A minimum of two years experience in Quality Assurance in the medical device industry is required. A Bachelor?s Degree, as well as Certification in CQA Fundamentals and/or ISO experience is preferred. Experience in complaint handling, corrective action programs, and/or risk analysis is a plus. Personal computer proficiency is required, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must possess a high level of diplomacy and tact and must be available for periodic overnight travel.
