REGIONAL AREA MANAGER

We are seeking enthusiastic team players to join our team in providing technical support and training to our US dealer network as a Regional Area Manager (RAM), each overseeing several states. We currently have an opening to cover Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Jersey and New Hampshire. (Frequent travel will be required after initial training in San Diego CA., relocation will not be required).

Key Responsibilities are to provide support and training for our dealers. This is very much a hands-on position. A working knowledge of plural component paint and/or polymers systems or coating experience required, business development ability, training skills, coupled with outstanding written and oral communications skills. The ability to present yourself in a professional manner to our dealers and customers is essential. We will provide you with all the necessary training and knowledge of our products.

You must have a degree in chemistry or mechanical engineering, and four or more years experience in applying coatings to industry type equipment, or vehicles. Coatings, automotive or plastics experience is preferred. Travel will be required after initial training.
