Raw Material Development Specialist



This position will assist and support Merchandising, Design, Raw Material Quality and Product Development through effective maintenance of Raw Material Resources, Sample availability, Fitting Materials and an ongoing effort to keep new developments in hand for consideration and use.

Basic Job Requirements:



College Degree or equivalent work experience in Textile/Merchandise/Design Working knowledge of ASTM and AATCC test methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint Web PDM a+ Knowledge of basic textile science. Have high taste level, with aesthetic and creative sensibility. Must be able to effectively: Communicate with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers. Prioritize Handle multiple assignments Work within deadlines.Must: Be Pleasant, helpful and have a positive disposition. Maintain composure and professional appearance Be organized, detail oriented and have strong follow-up skills.
