Re-pack and Customization Coordinator

The Re-Pack Customization Coordinator is responsible for procurement of materials to ensure the manual and aAuto re-pack lines and display building schedules are adhered to meeting customer demands. This position will manage all aspects of vendor relations to expedite product as needed to meeting production schedules. Responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy of materials and management of DOH to meet PA targets. Works closely with warehouse operations to insure a seamless flow of materials in and out of the work in process (WIP) to maximize the true efficiency (TE) of both the manual and auto re-pack lines.
Primary Accountabilities:
Timely deployment of materials to the re-pack team.
Regulatory compliance both government and corporate policies.
Management of third party contracted materials.
Vendor service updates and communication.
Adherence to good accounting principles, (purchasing policy, order billing, etc.)
Monitor vendor supplied material quality.
Effectively manage planning and communication around product promotions.
Ensure 100% compliance to Production Advices.
Ensure product quality.
Responsible for communicating any packaging changes.

Associates Degree preferred, and/or 2 to 4 years related field experience. ?Manufacturing and inventory control background a plus.
Strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills.
Working knowledge of warehouse systems and PC applications.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.
