Regional Sourcing Leader - Service Parts

*Lead regional commodity, technology, and cross-functional business teams in strategic planning and preferred supplier base to achieve business targets in material cost reductions, six sigma supplier initiatives, delivery, quality, and supplier consolidation.
*Develop comprehensive strategies that deliver a competitive advantage to the business through strong field, technical, & market expertise, and leveraging supplier capabilities and opportunities on a global basis. *Support GEHC Service DI Parts business focusing on creating and executing specific purchase familiy strategy to increase Customer Satisfaction.
*Work with the lifecycle team and the supply base to proactively identify and resolve obsolescence technology.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in business field or technical discipline
* 3 years of experience in a role directly related to service, manufacturing, or sourcing knowledge.
* Willing to travel domestically up to 25% of time.
* You must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Desired:
* Excellent financial analytical, communication and commercial negotiation skills with the ability to solve problems, project manage and develop supplier relationships.
* Experience managing new product introduction tasks and milestones.
* Demonstrated capacity to execute tasks timely and deliver on commitments.
* Experience with managing obsolescence and field installed base knowledge.
* Excellent financial analytical, communication and influencing skills with the ability to solve problems, project manage and build rapport at all levels within an organization.
* Master of Business Administration (MBA)
* Black Belt Certification.
* OMLP graduate.
