Senior or Site Resource is preferred. Manage the replenishment of finished product and raw materials for the Blue Ridge plant and designated co-packers through use of MIMI, SCS and MfgPro with the goal of maximizing availability and improved plant performance at the lowest total system costs, within a TPM infrastructure. Work with Blue Ridge plant management, other plants, co-packers and Chicago replenishment to balance production during in-season spikes and dips in demand. Track and report customer service and inventory KPIs for the Blue Ridge plant and assigned co-packers. Direct the Finished Goods and Material Planners to insure proper utilization of MIMI, SCS, MfgPro and other tools. Insure the application of the principles of run strategy, inventory control and MRP to the management of the Hot Fill business. Successful candidate will be a "player coach"; having direct hands on responsibility for plant or co-packer finished goods planning as well as the role of the Planning representative on the plant management team. Provide Early Management leadership and direction as it relates to new products/packagings and ingredients. Lead the change management process for the facility. Supervise a finished goods planner, a materials planner and a supply chain associate who supports replenishment functions at the plant and up to 5 locally controlled co-packers and re-packers.

-In-depth knowledge of replenishment principles, production planning, and MRP along with a good working knowledge MIMI, SCS, MfgPro and DCS
-Must be able to instruct and educate others in the use of MIMI, SCS, MfgPro, and effective Production Planning
-Ability to develop inventory targets and replenishment plans that take into account the impact of forecast error, fluctuations in demand, and the reliability of plant, co-packer, and supplier production/quality
-Understand the role of co-packers in the Beverage supply chain, the concept of plant cost differential (PCD), and how to effectively utilize plant and co-packer capacity to meet customer needs, minimize supply chain costs and manage risk
-Understand the business cost structure and ability to analyze cost options to determine lowest total costs
-Work effectively with others to achieve results
-Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
-Understand how today s decisions impacts the organization long term, both functionally and financially
-Willingness to work off shifts and weekends as needed
