Gosiger Inc. one of the Nation?s leading Machine Tool Distributors, has a Sales Management opportunity with our Gosiger West Division located at the North Office in Dublin, California. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving value added stand-alone CNC Machine Tools and automated solutions through the direct sales staff. Accountabilities include machine sales revenue, margins, profit and growth; account development, management, and maintaining strong internal and external customer relations. In addition, incumbent is responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation and ethical behavior of the direct sales staff.

To join the Gosiger Sales Management Team, the ideal candidate should meet the following essential qualifications:

1) Experience in stand-alone CNC Machine Tools, and automated solutions, demonstrating a strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
2) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making.
3) Superior interpersonal communication skills and customer relationship building.
4) Demonstrated experience in project management and time management.
5) Demonstrated application of basic computer skills.
6) Demonstrated teamwork skills.
7) Strong demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis in team building and performance management.
8) Strong initiative, competitive nature and strong goal orientation. Must have excellent attention to detail.
9) Ability to travel.
10) Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to drive

Gosiger has an excellent benefit package. This position provides a salary based on experience and education. Compensation includes a Sales Management Bonus.
