WE ARE SEEKING EXPERIENCED SUPERVISORS!!!

 

SANITATION SUPERVISORS (2ND & 3RD SHIFTS)

Responsibilities include:

?  Supervise approximately 10-20 sanitation workers.

?  Supervise daily workloads, training staff, handle performance reviews, and goal setting.

?  Oversee all sanitation functions for shift.

?  Monitor staff to reduce costs and increase efficiencies whenever possible.

?  Responsible for training all new sanitation workers in proper cleaning procedures, chemical use and safety procedures.

?  Manage detailed cleaning tasks through sanitation work orders & master sanitation schedule.

?  Manage the preparation and execution of sanitation audits.

 

Experience and education should include:

2 plus years of sanitation experience in a food environment.  Supervisory experience required.  Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and food handling procedures.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Basic computer skills required.  Ability to follow verbal directions.  Ability to lift 50 pounds.

 

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS (2ND & 3RD SHIFTS)

Responsibilities include:Supervision of production lines and personnel.  Monitors, exceeds, and maintains production standards for efficiencies, material waste and quality.Responsible for executing production schedules.Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and cleanup/changeover processes.Inputs, analyzes and communicates quality control data.Observes and enforces safety, GMP, and allergen programs and attends appropriate training sessions. Must actively participate and lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

 

Experience and education should include:

3 plus years of supervisory experience in a food-manufacturing environment.  High school graduate or equivalent required.  Bachelor of Science/Arts in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.  Good communication skills required; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred.  Good math, computer and analytical skills.  Some mechanical abilities preferred.
