Our client, a manufacturer, located in the Decatur Illinois vicinity is seeking an experienced Sigma Logic Catalyst to support the operating departments, using data and Sigma tool driven problem solving skills to address specific operational problems.

 

Responsibilities:

 Process Improvement through cross-functional departmental involvementDriving projects using Sigma Logic toolsDocumenting project statusReviewing and analyzing various unit productions and quality reports and take corrective actions as requiredIdentifying and eliminating variations in the process and conducting training for other personnel in Sigma Logic toolsSpreading and leading the Sigma Logic culture throughout the facility

 

Qualifications:

 B.S. Engineering3+ years operational experience in a manufacturing environment
