Job Description: SPC Inspector

 

As an SPC inspector you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:Perform routine Work-In-Process Inspection for molded plastic components in Medical Devices ManufactureCollect samples to perform dimensional measurements and data collection for statistical process controlResponsible for maintaining a Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) and accurate record keepingPerform AQL sampling plan inspection

 

Job Requirements:



 

This position requires the following skills and attributes:2 years of experience as an In-process InspectorKnowledge of statistical process control and SPC softwareMust use standard measuring tools: calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges and optical comparatorMust know how to read Mechanical Drawings

 

The following skills are preferred:Candidates with Medical Device environmentGood communication skillsASQ Certified; CQT or CMI
