SR PROCESS ANALYST

This position, located in Lebanon, NH,  works closely with plant management to conceptualize, organize and implement programs which will maximize the economics of manpower resources, material consumption, and machine utilization in order to achieve lowest unit product cost and superior quality. This associate will be responsible to continuously work with operational leaders to enhance manufacturing performance, efficiency and scheduling techniques. The key responsibilities include the following:  Provides clear and concise information reporting to operations management;sustains and maintains manufacturing systems and reports;supports Lean6Sigma initiatives through data capture and analysis.
 



Experience must have given candidate the opportunity to develop and demonstrate the following competencies: Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and a broad background in the nature of plant operations are required in order to develop efficient and effective manufacturing systems. In addition, basic programming, writing queries, and good verbal and written communication skills are desired. Specific job skills should include project management, performance measurement techniques, process evaluation, capacity evaluation and scheduling techniques.
