SUPERVISOR – JANITORIAL SERVICES

MAG INSTRUMENT, INC., a highly successful and growing manufacturer of the Mag-Lite ? flashlight, has an immediate opening for Supervisor of our Janitorial Services Department.

 

Requirements:5 plus years supervising janitorial services employees in an industrial environment.Clean DMV record, valid California license and ability to drive locally between Mag facilities.Sense of urgency, yet organized and logical in solving problems.Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

 

Janitorial Department Responsibilities include:

? Sweeping, mopping, waxing, buffing, and stripping floors in assigned areas.

? Cleaning windows, sanitizing lavatories, disposing of trash, etc.

? Moving furniture as required.

? Operation of paper shredding and cardboard bailing machines. 

? Performing routine maintenance of electrically powered janitorial equipment.

? Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Management.
