SUPERVISOR-ETCH MODULE

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD), a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, is seeking an experienced Etch Module Supervisor for its Gilbert, AZ facility.

A successful candidate in this position will drive continuous improvement in safety, productivity, quality and cost in a manufacturing environment by progressively managing equipment technicians of vairous experience levels to meet challenging customer demands. Candidate must have background in managing aspects of semiconductor etch equiprment and technical personnel. Strong organization and administrative skills are a must in this very structured and highly disciplined environment. Indepth experience in planning tools, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint are highly valued. Must be confident in public speaking and customer interface. This is a demanding job that requires a person with a high energy level to succeed.
