SUPERVISOR/TEAM LEADER - PRODUCTION

General Mills in Los Angeles has a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Production Team Leader/Superivsor at our Food Processing Facility. (Mix Plant)  Qualified candidates should have a B.S. degree or equivalent and  3-4 years experience in production supervision, preferably from the food processing or chemical industry. Union work environment is strongly preferred.   Duties will include supervising and developing a manfacturing group (20+) employees to achieve production goals as well as ensure that production facility and finished products meet company and government standards of quality, sanitation and safety.  This is a 3rd Shift position and local candidates will be given preference.  General Mills offers excellent compensation, beneifts in a rewarding and stimulating work environment with opportunity for advancement.
