Position Description:
This person will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the MS Access tool used by the entire organization for sales forecasting and analysis. A strong understanding of forecasting and analysis is imperative. The ability to coordinate and receive raw data from multiple sources, presenting a coherent picture is required. Working with multiple salespeople and departments, this person will need to have superior communication skills to understand requirements and data. This individual will need to be comfortable working with cross functional teams including executives.

Position Requirements:
? 2-5 years of Sales Analysis experience
? Experience in coordinating multiple channel sales forecasting in a
just-in-time production environment, and in a min-max inventory
environment.
? Expertise in structured sales analysis and visual data representation.
? Capable of coordinating data from multiple departments and vetting
information for accuracy.
? Robust experience with the MS-Access environment is desirable, strong
MS-Excel skills are required.
? Experience in the fresh or processed food environment is a plus.
? Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting desired
? Proven analytical skills

? Strong prioritization skills
? Strong organizational and project management skills
? Professional attitude
? This position will report directly to the Executive VP of Sales and Marketing
