Sales/Customer Account Manager

Sales/Customer Account Manager. Applicant must be able to manage customer agreements by meeting contractual commitments, resolve customer disputes, provide periodic status reports, follow up with outstanding issues, implement customer order changes. The ability to deal with different departments within the company, Finance, Logistics, Production, Engineering, Quality and Production Control.  Must establish customer relationship, by visiting customers and hosting customer visits in a professional manner. Provide customer quotations and the ability to negotiate pricing and terms. Must also receive and process customer inquiries, correspondence, prints, specifications. *Good interpersonal skills, and ability to manage unexpected business pressures.

*Computer skills to include Excel, Word and Power Point. Must learn the internal company

computer management system.

* AA degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent, plus 3-5 years experience in the Customer Service/ Sales field. Manufacturer experience is preferred.
