Sales Service Manager/Estimator

IPS, a division of NCI Building Systems, L.P.,?the nation's largest leading steel manufacturer has an opportunity in it's Stafford TX facility for an SSM/Estimator.? This individual will estimate material requirements from quote requests and drawings, manage accounts within assigned regions and support outside sales staff. This position requires communication with Architects and Engineers as needed. In addition; regular follow-up on outstanding quotes, process signed contracts to insure job is properly booked and proper payment terms are arranged, insure credit department has all information required to make credit decision, compile complete and accurate material lists if drafting services are not required, communicate with manufacturing on requested ship dates and work released for production, communicate job status and projected ship dates to customer and handle any questions and change orders from order acceptance to final shipment.

Skills, Experience & Requirements:

???????? Associates Degree in construction or engineering related discipline OR metal building or construction experience.

???????? Must have ability to read architectural and structural drawings.

???????? Must have strong computer and math skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

???????? Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

???????????? Must have ability to multitask and excellent customer service skills.
