The Sanitation Area coordinator is responsible for providing effective leadership, direction, development and support of all subordinates to establish a resourceful manufacturing environment: producing the highest quality products while operating within fiscal constraints; material utilzation and OPI goals. This individual will assure compliance to all procedures and polices concerning all areas of quality, regulatory, safety and employee relations. Additional duties include supervision of facility staff, pest control program, GMP weekly checklist, and close interaction with Safety and Quality personnel. Reviews and verifies work order and shift documentaion. Assures that production schedules are formulated to maximum plant advantage and ensure schedules are met. Responsible for the accuracy of the documentation required to support production. This position also assists with implementation of improvement projects as assigned by the Department Manager.

Qualifications
Three(3) years experience in a plant production environment (preferably within drug,food or beverage manufacturing). Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to effectively lead in a team environment, adaptable to change, able to manage competing priorities, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year College or University plus 2-4 years experience: or equivalent combination of education and experience and supervisor experience.
