Saw Operator

Job Responsibilities :

* Ability to set up jobs, change weld wire and flux.
* Set up and operate gas welding equipment and arc welding equipment.
* Will be checking dimensions prior to fit up, weld repairs, ect.
* Selects proper filler materials and flux per qualified weld procedures.
* Ability to determine amperage and voltage that is required.
* Ability to read x-rays, repairs, reworks and execates defects.
* Performs gas tungsten and shielded metal arc welding.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

* Knowledge of Gas Tunsten Arc Welding, Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Pasma Arc Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding, Submerged Arc Welding, and furnace and globleal heat units.
