Scheduling Supervisor

We are experiencing phenomenal growth and are looking for someone to join our team as a Scheduling Supervisor in Rockford, IL.

 

Qualifications:

? Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

? 1-2 years of Manufacturing or Quality related experience

? 2 years supervisory experience

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Proficiency in MS Applications


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

? Responsible for ensuring projects are staffed to meet external, internal, and ISO requirements by developing the most efficient and effective procurement and assignment of inspector resources.

? Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of an accurate and up to date system for tracking all personnel vehicles assigned to projects.

? Oversee the assignment of personnel to new projects

? Work with Customer Service Representatives, Engagement Managers, and Location Supervisors to ensure all operational issues are addressed.

? Participate in daily scheduling meetings.

? Serve as one point of contact for Inspectors/Project Coordinators when they call in to update or revise project status.

? Oversee the maintenance of employee attendance programs.

? Ensure that daily paperwork is being completed and tracked.

? Assist in compiling information for performance employee reviews.

? Identify and communicate hiring needs to Human Resources Department.

? Perform other related duties as assigned.
