Tray-Pak was formed in 1975 as a custom thermoformer of cookie and candy trays. Today we produce all types of thermoformed packaging, using virtually all thermoformable plastics for a wide range of industries. We specialize in medium-to-high volume runs (25,000 to 50-million) of packaging of consumables (vs. durable) products in a wide range of industries. Over half of our customers are Fortune 500 companies.

We have an immediate full-time opening for Second Shift Lead Operator. Job duties entail the following:
* Assist supervisor in coordinating daily activities
* Troubleshoot machinery
* Recommend measures to improve production methods
* Assist in training new employees
* Perform Supervisor's responsibilities as needed

Prior supervisory experience is necessary. Overtime is frequent. Good wages with full benefits.
