Senior Associate Scientist

Supports Manufacturing in a technical capacity using root-cause analysis techniques.  Manages and coordinates timely product dispositions and root-cause investigations.  Develops test plans, coordinates and executes testing, analyze dta, and complete reports.  Determines and implements corrective actions/preventative actions into manufacturing.  Manages and facilitates referral database meetings and acts as CAPA database coordinator.  Participates in new product transfer projects as a Operations core team member. Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry/Chemistry/Microbiology or related field strongly preferred.  Minimum 3-5 years of experience with product testing and/or manufacturing processes.  Advance degree may be use in lieu of experience.  Demonstrated leadership and problem solving experience required.  Experience with analytical testing such as Bioassy, HPLC, and Spectrophotometry preferred.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.  Working knowledge of Design of Experiments and Microscan products preferred.
