Global Services Operations Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support Global Services Operations in Business Intelligence/Reporting
2. Develop data models to build Data stores supporting Global Services’ Operations reporting solutions
3. Ongoing advanced training to new and existing users.
4. Provide localized support for the Global Services Global Operations for day to day issues / questions.
5. Gather requirements for Business Intelligence / Reporting from the field,
6. Design and Develop the required solutions, and deploy to the Global Services Field
7. Document the Business Intelligence solutions,
8. Help Global Services Operations projects in data validation and testing

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:
1. Strong knowledge of Business Objects product line, including ability to work independently to develop reports using reporting tools (Business Objects, Crystal, Webi etc), develop Universes, Performance tune reports and Universe and analysis using data from enterprise systems
2. Knowledge of Business Objects Data Integrator, experience in using data modeling tools such as Erwin
3. Writing SQL, PL/SQL queries
4. Database design using Oracle and/or SQL
5. Working with related business intelligence tools (e.g. Decision Support, OLAP, Multidimensional database technology or analytical applications)
6. Experience in database, data warehousing (Star, Snowflake schema etc), decision support technology.
7. 5+ years experience with enterprise software consulting.
8. 3+ years experience in an Operations management role
9. 3+ years experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM etc.)
10. 3+ years experience in Business Analysis
11. Understanding of the day to day tasks in running a consulting business.
12. Excellent skills in English language communication, including the ability to write, converse, and present to an audience.
13. Comfort in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
14. Strong influence management, communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Must have prior experience working effectively with senior management.
16. Excellent interpersonal skills, for leading the development of operational plans in consensus-oriented environment.
17. Ability to work in multi-cultural environments, in line with Business Objects “transnational??? corporate culture.
