Position Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Analyst with a strong operations background. This is an excellent career growth opportunity for a hands-on and results oriented individual with strong experience in operations efficiency and statistical analysis that is not intimidated by a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of statistical tracking and control systems, and the interpretation and dissemination of statistical information to management. This position will report to the Divisional Maintenance Manager and will be involved in complex projects and analysis. Candidate must have at least five years of manufacturing analysis experience. Candidate must be willing to travel to other manufacturing facilities.

Location: Fontana, California.

Estimated Travel: 30 - 40%.

Major Responsibilities:

- Establish/Standardize company wide delay codes.
- Analysis and interpretation of machine reliability and presenting findings and specific recommendations to management.
- Development and maintenance of machine uptime and downtime statistical database.
- Development of management reports to provide insight into machine uptime/downtime drivers.
- Capture process stops
- Analyze of changeovers
- Pursuit of process improvement

Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or similar.)
- Minimum of 5+ years analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly motivated and results oriented in a performance driven environment.
- Ability to communicate cost & financial information to people across the business.
- Team player, enthusiastic, efficient and able to deal with a dynamic environment.
- Able to mix it up with senior management and work very closely with the Plant Controllers and operational staff.
- Strong systems/PC based computer software applications (e.g. MS Excel skills, pivot tables & V Lookups), integrated computer operating systems, and database applications.
- (CMMS) Computerized maintenance management system experience (MP2, SAP, Maximo, etc.) would be a plus.
