SENIOR MANUFACTURING ESTIMATOR

BullZeye?s client is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Estimator with a minimum of 5+ years experience. The right individual will be responsible for: interpreting engineering information such as parts lists, engineering drawings and specifications as well as documentation provided by the customer to determine complete requirements.  Additionally:

? Will create bill of materials, sequences of operations and identify tooling requirements; Compute cost factors and prepare itemized cost work sheets.

? Must be PC literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to use MRP/ERP software proficiently.

? Aircraft composites experience is a plus.

? Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?  Candidate must also have the ability to multi-task and be detail orientated.

? Will receive or gather necessary information in order to generate cost and delivery estimates. 

?  Provide to scheduling a breakdown of costs (hours) per major component, materials and outside services. 

?  Interface with purchasing department to establish a history of all outside costs.

? Participate in planning activities for new projects that estimator quoted. 

? Maintain a database of all quotes completed. 

? Maintain and develop an environment of continuous improvement. 

? Comply with ISO 9001 requirements.

? Maintain a safe and clean environment.

? Follow and enforce all company safety policies and procedures.

? Must have experience using Cad software

? Provide Timely & Accurate Proposals

? Develop & Maintain Client Relationship

? Prioritize Current Work Load
